Apple HomeKit ability to run a program

I think the current HomeKit integration allows the starting and stopping of zones and the ability to check status.  It would be great to be able to tell Siri to start a particular program.

  Indeed, but the current Apple implementation of Homekit for Sprinkler service it's quite limited. They are changing stuff in the Home app with every firmware update but don't seem to focus much on Sprinkler type.

  @Nicholas could you lean on Scenes? This is a feature supported by some products such as Nanoleaf Aura that trigger a program with animations (which clearly extends beyond current day HomeKit Light service definitions). I believe it just sends a payload to the device which would be a similar need for RainMachine.
