Finish by a specific time

The Finish by Sunrise/Sunset option now seems to work fine. When the irrigation system is running, it lowers the house water pressure to an uncomfortable level for showering In order to have a program finish before it's shower time in the morning, it would be a great option to also include Finish by a Specific Time. This options seems to be easier to implement and understand then a Finish by Sunrise/Sunset option.

  I would also like to see this feature implemented.  Here's my particular requirement:  the village requires that watering be done between the hours of 5am-10am and 5pm-10pm.  I'd like watering to start as late as possible to finish by the 10am/10pm restriction.
