    Hi, Ed
    Let's get things right.

    First you have to log in at https://my.rainmachine.com and not rachio.com (that's a different manufacturer with a different device and different service).
    Is it a misunderstanding, or you just tried to login with you RainMachine credentials on their website?

    Well, that's embarrassing! In my defense, I had a Rachio before I switched to Rainmachine. Also, Rachio is listed natively in Smartthings so I saw that and tried to connect. 

    I am now able to see my device on the web. Also, it would be great if you guys would offer native support for Smartthings. I was finally able to get it done using a third party's code.
