Device not on web
I have my Rainmachine successfully setup in the IOS app but I can not see it on the web. I have full control using the app but when I log in to rachio.com it says there are no devices. When I click on Add Device, it only points me to the app download. In the IOS app settings, under Set Remote Access, I see my email and "Connection Status: OK"
I first noticed this because I am trying to add my Rainmachine to Smartthings. After linking Smartthings to my rachio account it found zero devices.
To troubleshoot, I disabled my email under Set Remote Access, then re-enabled. It had me verify my email then said "
Success!
Your e-mail address has been confirmed.
You can now access the Rainmachine from anywhere!"
I logged out of Rachio.com and back in but there are still no devices published.

Let's get things right.First you have to log in at https://my.rainmachine.com and not rachio.com (that's a different manufacturer with a different device and different service).
Is it a misunderstanding, or you just tried to login with you RainMachine credentials on their website?

Well, that's embarrassing! In my defense, I had a Rachio before I switched to Rainmachine. Also, Rachio is listed natively in Smartthings so I saw that and tried to connect.
I am now able to see my device on the web. Also, it would be great if you guys would offer native support for Smartthings. I was finally able to get it done using a third party's code.
