App Freezes When Trying To Setup

    iOS or Android app ? Setting up through desktop should work as explained here: https://support.rainmachine.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002108388-How-to-perform-Wi-Fi-setup-of-RainMachine-Mini-8-or-Pro-from-a-laptop-or-desktop

    After doing the steps from the article above you should reboot your Mini-8.

    As I mentioned, the set up via desktop browser does not work either.  Navigating to that address brings me to a blank page. 

    What do you suggest now?

    The unit has now been down for months.  Is the unit faulty?  Do you have a warranty program or must I trash this and buy from another company?

    I believe the unit is faulty considering you did a full factory reset.

    I will elevate your post to a support ticket. The support team will let you know what options you have (replacement, repair) and the how to send the unit to us.
