Hi All

Just got my Rainmachine  Pro8 up and running with flow and rain sensor and have a few questions:

1. How do you setup HTTPS/SSL access so I can self host?

2. How do you change the flow from cubic metres to something more granular and manageable like lpm?

3. How do you get graphs/info on the flow rate and accumulation?

Everything else including rain sensor works as expected but the flow is a real oddity using cubic metres as the smallest amount, my flow meter gives 1 pulse per litre so thats 1000 pulses to register 1 click which is way to large scale.

I would like to self host and port forward to my device and this is one the main reasons I got it so as not to be reliant on cloud servers.

  1. You will need to map Port 8080 or 18080  through your router to the RainMachine. After this you can go to the app and click the 3 horizontal lines from the devices screen.

  Here you will click "Network Settings" and click Direct Access and add your public IP or domain name.

  Zone Flow Rate Reporting uses Area, unless you have Drip selected as sprinkler type, then it uses total flow. 

  This is only to give you estimated water usage reports, and has no effect on how the unit waters. 

  Currently those are the only 2 options. 

  3. From the web interface dashboard you can see "Water used" top left.  You may have to click "used".
