Why isn't your site set up so customers can place an order if a model is out of stock. 

All of your resellers are out of stock too, and your product was featured in Consumer Reports today.  

Could you please  take my order via email?  normajomalley@gmail.com

  I agree. I moved into a new house and need a Rainmachine. Their website says they are processing orders once a week, how can they be processing orders if we can't order anything? Can someone please explain? I really don't want to go with a competitor, but I may not have a choice.
