RM notices in Android App are incomplete

My RM Android app spits out notices with one partial line of information which clearly does not show the entire message. When I touch the notice, it takes me to the RM interface rather than to the messages. I have been unable to find any place in the app or in the web interface which displays the complete message.

  Hi, Earl
  There is a way to Expand the Android notification message.
  Please swipe down on the messages and look for the expand button. Then you will be able to read the entire notification message.
  If your phone support landscape mode of the display interface, you can use that too.

  Thank you. I tinkered with the notices and tried your suggestion. I find that if I start at the oldest notice (bottom) which has scrolled off the bottom of the screen, swiping only serves to scroll the whole screen. If I start with the newest notice (top) and there is nothing above it forcing it to scroll down; then swiping down exposes the whole message. I can find no "button". Holding a finger on the message brings up the Android Notification menu.

  Now that I know how this works, I can get around the limitations. The major issue that I have is that there appears to be no log of notifications. My preferred behavior would be that tapping the notice takes me to that message in a list of messages where I can delete those I've read. I would also prefer that the list of messages also be available from the Web UI.
