Weather Services Failing
With spring here, I was checking my system and noticed none of the weather services are connecting this year. The system shows that everything is up, but every weather service update fails. The system is reaching the Wifi - I’m able to connect to it locally. I’ve restarted the system to try to reconnect without success. Is there anything else I can try?

Hello Mark,
Our support site shows that your device is not connected to the internet.
Please follow the instructions below to forget your Wi-Fi and then reconnect.
On your RainMachine controller go to:
Wrench --> **Diagnostics --> Settings** --> System --> WiFi
** It's possible that after clicking on the Wrench on the bottom left side of your screen takes you directly into settings, where you'll see System without going to Diagnostics and Settings
In the WiFi screen:
-Note the negative number associated with your home network. It should be between 0 and -60
-Click on your home network, and then click forget.
Reboot your router, extenders, and nodes.
Unplug your RainMachine controller from the outlet for 5 seconds and then plug it back in.
Once it boots up, go to:
Wrench --> **Diagnostics --> Settings** --> System --> WiFi
In the WiFi screen:
-Click on your home network, enter the password for your network
-Make sure the enabled box on the top right is checked.
