Homekit Setup pair but nothing in Apple Home
OK, this is a strange problem, I started the Rainmachine and tried to add it to Homekit and it said paired properly, but when I look in Apple Home, I don't see any Rainmachine devices.
And I can't find a way to "unpair" and start all over since it is not visible in Apple Home. And there is no way in the UI to do this.
I'm hoping I don't have to do a full reset of the RainMachine since it is all programmed. Help!

Our colleague, Brandon, helped you on the help ticket support.
Did you managed to get the RainMachine as HomeKit Accessory on your Apple Home app?
The unpair Apple HomeKit sequence has to be initiated on the RainMachine device itself.
Tap on Settings - System - IoT - Apple HomeKit - Remove Pairings.
Sometimes a complete power off of the RainMachine and Apple iPhone(or iPad) would help, if the repairing process fails.

Yes, Brandon was great. I for some reason didn't even think about going to the UI of the RainMachine, was looking in the IOS application and the Apple Home :-) It's so hard to know with Apple Homekit where all the configuration is, some is in Apple Home, some in your app and some on the device. True with all of these Smart Home products.
