typo in tooltip on Advanced Zone Settings page

the tooltip for Allowed Depletion on the Advanced Zone Settings page has a typo:

it says "consume" instead of "consumed"

"The maximum percentage of the soil moisture/water that is allowed to be consume before being replenished by irrigation."
