HD-12 appears to be dead. What are my options?

    Dear Alex,

    As I see, the AC/AC adapter is good. Please remove all the zones wires from the unit and do a power cycle.

    If the unit is still dead, please write a ticket to support so we can follow up with a RMA if the unit is still under warranty or with a repair.

    Hi,  Does your website have any of my watering programs saved anywhere?  I doubt it but need to ask.  I don't believe I ever backed it up from the unit but I can check my computer if you tell me what to look for.  I did save my schedule in a spreadsheet so I could re-create it.

    Can you send me a schematic of the unit before I create a repair ticket?  My unit is at least 5 years old.  I forgot exactly when I bought it.

    How do I write a ticket to support for repair? I don't see any SUPPORT option other than this forum or a community forum.

    Dear Alex,

    The programs and zones are saved on the device itself or on the mobile device if you are using remote access. 

    Please try the following:

    - remove all the zones wires

    - check if the AC wires are well inserted in the connector

    - insert the AC/AC adapter back into the wall socket and tell us if you see anything on the screen.
