HD-12 appears to be dead. What are my options?

I just noticed that the power LED was off on my unit. Unplugged the power supply and plugged it back in. No change.. still dead. My rain sensor is still powered on so I know the wall wart is still good. Checked the voltage and getting 29VAC which seems high for a 24VAC unit.
I'm worried that I have no access to a backup should I need to replace this unit. Are any of the programs stored on your site? Is there a resettable fuse on the board or a replaceable fuse? I don't want to press the reset button just yet since I want to avoid clearing my settings should I be able to power the unit back up.
Any help from you will be appreciated.

Hi, Does your website have any of my watering programs saved anywhere? I doubt it but need to ask. I don't believe I ever backed it up from the unit but I can check my computer if you tell me what to look for. I did save my schedule in a spreadsheet so I could re-create it.
Can you send me a schematic of the unit before I create a repair ticket? My unit is at least 5 years old. I forgot exactly when I bought it.

Dear Alex,
The programs and zones are saved on the device itself or on the mobile device if you are using remote access.
Please try the following:- remove all the zones wires
- check if the AC wires are well inserted in the connector
- insert the AC/AC adapter back into the wall socket and tell us if you see anything on the screen.
