App version 4.6.121 crashing on load

Updated Rainmachine App to version 4.6.121 on my iPad Air which runs ios 12.5.5. Its an older iPad and will not update past ios 12.5.5. When start app I get the Splash screen, circle spins and then it goes black and crashes. Previous version of app worked fine. How do I fix or roll back.
