Pro 8 In endless loading loop

This isn't the first time this has happened that it just goes into endless loading loop for several hours.  Unplug and then hold reset button but it just continues endless loading loop.  How can I resolve once and for all?

  Hi.
  Do you know if in your area are Wi-Fi SSIDs networks that use special characters in their naming? Something like %}*\~ or even emojis?
  The RainMachine Pro Wi-Fi driver has some issues when it starts scaning the networks around, found one that has those characters in its name and automatically crashes and that makes the RainMachine Pro to reboot. We are working on a fix for that driver.
