    Nothing is changed on our side and mobile push notifications are not restricted.

    Check if your Samsung Android 12 new phone has a security layer that do not allow applications to receive push notifications and follow this article recommendation https://devsjournal.com/android-12-notifications-not-working.html

    Thanks for your answer. I read and applied all the recommendations of the article that you sent me but unfortunately I still do not receive notifications.
    I understand that you haven't changed anything, but I want to tell you that other apps, for example: Ewelink, Tado, TpLink, Philips continue to send notifications normally with Android 12. Surely you can check, I'm sure something should be done

    We will look again. But as I said the Android Mobile Push Notifications have not been changed and they are going through without restrictions.
    It would help to sign out of your remote access account and sign in again. This will refresh your phone id on the notification server.
