    Let us know exactly what doesn't work for you using the updated RainMachine iOS app?
    Make sure that the "Local Network" access is allowed on your iPhone/iPad iOS settings for the RainMachine app.

    Please note that Premium Services subscription is not required and the new update of the app to accommodate the Premium Services launch did not changed anything on the local network access side or even the Direct Access feature side.

    We also understand that issues and bugs could slip, that's why we will try to address them and fix them.

    Local network on my generation one rain machine doesn’t work at all but I have finally connected to direct access! However, I don’t get any watering history and the dashboard won’t load…..what’s the deal here?
