Can't connect locally with Android

Since the upgrade to premium was released, I can no longer connect locally. When trying to connect to my local network, it looks like it's starting to connect with the bars going across the screen, then goes back to the login. I haven't been able to connect for months.

  Hi
  Please make sure that your Android mobile phone Wi-Fi connection doesn't fall back to mobile data.
  You may see it connected to Wi-Fi, but becasue of the low signal it may fall-back to mobile data connection and that's why you cannot control the RainMachine device.
  Other thing you can do:
  - if you know the RainMachine device local IP address you can try to add it into the RainMachine Android app using the Direct Access feature.
  - tap on the menu upper left icon and choose Network Settings - Direct Access - Add new - give it a name and enter https://192.168.100.100:8080 on the URL or IP address input field and save it. The 192.168.100.100 has to be replaced with your RainMachine local IP address. Make sure you use https:// and port :8080
