Unable to Access Device in Web UI

    Hi, James
    To locally access your RainMachine using the Web app (desktop browser) you have to type in the RainMachine Local IP address into the browser address bar.

    Yes, we are aware of the cookie issues the Zendesk platform has with different browser and we already notify Zendesk about it.
    It is not on our side.

    Hi, starting second half of December 2022 it looks like the Zendesk cookie issue has been fixed on desktop/mobile browsers.
    No more ugly reminders that you have to enable cookies to access the Support page and Community.
