Unable to Access Device in Web UI
After logging into my account from the RainMachine main page, and then attempting to open my device, the authentication screen flashes briefly, errors out, closes and then the 30 day Free Trial popup appears. Closing the popup and it is back to the main device screen. Clicking on the device icon again results in the same behavior.
I'm running MacOS 12.6 on a Mac Mini. I've tried this using both Safari (v. 16.0 (17614.1.25.9.10, 17614)) and Firefox (105.0.3 (64-bit)). I tried using private browsing on both browsers, and cleared the cache and cookie data on Firefox, all to no avail.
I can access and manage my device successfully on iOS and iPad OS.
It may be unrelated, but I am also unable to open the Zendesk support app in Safari due to a cookies constraint. I do not have cookies disabled in Safari. It works fine in Firefox.
It would be nice to be able to make changes from the web ui and it would be nice if it didn't matter what browser I was using.

Hi, James
To locally access your RainMachine using the Web app (desktop browser) you have to type in the RainMachine Local IP address into the browser address bar.
Learn more about here: https://support.rainmachine.com/hc/en-us/articles/7116888557719-Local-Network-Access
Yes, we are aware of the cookie issues the Zendesk platform has with different browser and we already notify Zendesk about it.
It is not on our side.
Hope that helps, James
Thank you
Julian
