Order Zones
ImplementedIt would be useful to order zones programmatically.
The couple work arounds are:
Wire things in order but this fails because if you ever want to change this you have to manually change wire locations. This isn't ideal.
The second workaround is to create a program for each zone and order them. The problem with this is that you can't compress the time the zones run since the weather data will impact the run time and the start time isn't reliant on the prior program. In other words if I have P1 (program 1) run at midnight for 1 hour and then P2 runs at 1:01 AM but P1 only ran at 50% then p2 still starts 30 minutes later than it should have. Again not ideal.
It would be ideal to just drag the zones in order as you would like and sort up and down.

Hi, Neilheuer
Thank you for your idea! This is already taken in consideration and our developers are working to bring this feature in our next updates. No ETA for now, but stay tuned!
Thank you.

Hey guys just checking in to see if there is an ETA to this much needed feature? Changing the physical layer isn't really an option in my case. I really need to order some of these zones badly. Dry season is approaching in SWFL and now more than ever I will need something to organize my programs better.

Hello any update? I am going to toss my rain machines in the garbage if you can't implement this simple feature. As dry season quickly approaches this limitation is a HUGE problem for me. The other large clock makers (Hunter and Rainbird) have come quite a ways in water efficiencies using weather data. The competition to this market is catching up and these are very rudimentary requests. Not to mention I haven't be able to successfully control my rain machine reliably either because of the new iPhone working poorly with the app or the cloud service just running like poop.

Hi, Neilheuer
This particular feature it is planned and it will be available soon.
Be sure to switch to Beta Firmware channel and you'll have it when it will be released in beta state.
We are working on that and other features.About the issue of not being able to control your RainMachine remotely can you please tell us more about your iPhone version and iOS version.
When accessing the RainMachine locally do you have the same issues?
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

RainMachine Support,
Thanks for providing the link to the Beta Firmware Channel. I have now followed it. Just a small thing but it would be nice if you would include the date of the firmware update so if I am not sure the exact version I am on, I can just reference the post date so I know whether or not I should take notice :)

This feature is now implemented on current beta update (>920): https://support.rainmachine.com/hc/en-us/articles/230333608

Hi, Neilheuer
You're right. There is a bug in our Web app that affects the RainMachine Touch HD-12 and HD-16 zone reordering and saving them.
We will fix it. In the meantime can you please rely on our beta versions of iOS or Android RainMachine mobile apps that do not have this issue?
Thank you for your understanding.

Just installed 2 RainMachine's, for 28 valves (not including the Master Valve), with 4 different wire bundles (some of which are split between different zone groupings, such as lawns vs. flower beds). I have the latest firmware, What I'd like to see is a mapping capability between Zone labels and physical terminals. It makes much more sense to me to be able to hook up valves in any order to the terminals, figure out which wire turns on which valve by observation, and then be able to lable the valves with a zone number. So initially, Zone 2 = terminal 2. But with remapping, Zone 2 could be set to terminal 4. That way I could keep my old zone maps without having to laboriously identify each wire, then physically RE-arrange the wiring to match my old zone map.
