Bug in Custom duration time? IOS 4.3.108

In the Zone duration screen there are 3 options:  Suggested, Custom, Not Set.

Next to the Suggested time there is a (!) icon that adjusts the % of the time determined from zone properties.

If I set the custom to 20 minutes, I would expect it to stay as 20 minutes, but the app applies the time with the % in the Suggested time.    So if my % in the Suggested is 50%, I end up with 10 minutes for my Custom time that I set to 20.

  You are talking about the programs and zone time - This is not a bug. The time for the programmed zone will still be based on the 'Zone' properties for that zone. If you want the time to be constant you must edit the 'Zone' fields to not use 'Weather & Seasonal Adjustments'. Otherwise the system will still change the time for that particular zone. The 'Custom' time is based on what amount of time you set for that zone on a given normal day of summer time watering.
