Cant add programs/scheduled, Error loading Dashboard Data
Ever since "Premium" was released my unit has become useless. I don't care about remote access. I don't care about integration with other systems. I just want scheduling. Is anyone actually working on this platform or do I just move to Rachio.
The app no longer connects on local, it just spins forever or says connection to rainmaking was lost.
My prior schedules are just gone, and I cant add a new one. I've tried chrome, edge, opera, firefox browsers.
Loading the webpage gives me a Dashboard cannot be loaded message, please refresh the page. Doing so is just an endless loop.
I've already reset my device

Find your RainMachine Local IP address.
Tap Settings - System - Wi-Fi - tap on the Wi-Fi card and the Local IP address should be visible.
Access that IP address using a desktop web browser that it is connected to the same local network as the RainMachine device.The same using the RainMachine mobile app. Make sure that the mobile phone connects to the same local Wi-Fi network and the Network Access is allowed for the RainMachine app.
