Irrigation operation notifications
I understand that no one will solve the problem, but at least I will voice it.
After switching to a new phone from iOS 15 to iOS 18, the furs about the irrigation system stopped coming. (about starting and ending the program). Perhaps associated with an old version of the application (version 4.6.126) or with this (I can't say when this appeared) - in the Setting-Notifications item I see the message "A remote access account is required in order to receive notifications."
Now I am locally near RainMachine, but I also tried to enter remotely (through port penetration on the router).

I wrote to technical support. I read the response from the bot that for notifications you need to have a remote access account. But I never had it, and the notifications came perfectly. It looks like I found the reason, but I can't decide. On the old phone in the app, I logged into my account a long time ago, even before the introduction of Premium subscriptions.
And on the new phone, I can't log into the account. And also can't log into the account on the site
