Can't reboot Mini-8

I tried to reboot my Mini-8, but it won't reboot. ( I know to push and hold the reset button for 5-8 seconds).

It beeps and the number segments chase each other around the number display, and the WiFi symbol lights up for maybe two seconds, but then it changes to the single segment moving around, and then after quite a long time, the line freezes.

It worked fine until I changed my ISP and router.
I put in a call to support (during your open hours), but received no call back.

Please help!
