Weather Underground never updates

I tried to set up weather underground. There are 3 stations within .7 km but it says it has never run. I will send diagnostics

  Please go to Settings - Weather - Weather Services - Wunderground and see if the Use Nearby Weather Stations feature is ON.

  If not, please enable it and also enter each station custom name in the  "customStationName" input field separated by a comma.
