Wifi connection is Good, but device says "No Lan"
My Pro-8 is on firmware 4.0.1163.
It states that the Wifi is connected (with a good connection), but that there is no Lan. I suspect this is why it isn't advertising on Bonjour which leaves the device as "not responding" in homekit.
But the device IS on the lan. I can connect to it directly in the RainMachine App, I can ping it from every other device in my home. I can review its connection from my router's app (Ubiquiti). Why does the device think the LAN is down?

I was yes. So I shouldn't worry about LAN:none then right?
The phone and device are on the same IP network. They're connected to the same SSID and have the same subnet mask. I can ping the device from the phone. Everything seems good EXCEPT that the RainMachine doesn't appear to be advertising it's MDNS record. dns-sd shows all of the other devices in my home EXCEPT the RainMachine.
