Selling house, how to transfer to new owners

I have sold my house and need to know the best way to transfer my RainMachine to the new owners. I would like to avoid having to factory reset it and leave it to the new owners to configure as the setup has been working well for a year now. Also just handing over the username and password seems like a bad idea as they would no longer have access to the email associated, unless that can change it and I am just missing how that would be done. Thanks I’m advanced.
